I loved a lot of their stuff through X and totally missed the boat on this one! I returned back to INXS for their last album Elegantly Wasted.

Had all of their albums up until X. I had totally forgotten about this one. I had this on Cassette and it was in my Cassette deck in my car....and my car got stolen from the south side of Chicago...so I lost my car and lost this album. I think I maybe listened to this once or twice. I'll have to go give it a listen

Really appreciate this thoughtful revisit. I had been a huge INXS fan since the Shabooh Shoobah days. Saw them at their peak on the Kick Tour in the States. Loved their subsequent albums and thought they were good to great releases, some being vastly underrated. I am guilty of getting into the grunge scene that took over the States and admittedly never gave this record a fair shake. But this review is spot on. I’ve listened to it again recently and time as you pointed out, has been very kind to it. It feels like a gift to listen to this now with Michael being gone and I agree it feels like an ahead of its time hidden gem we’ve been able to pluck from the dirt. Thank you again for this. Cheers!
