Although I've grown out of my Manowar fase many years ago, there are still releases I love to this day, namely Hail to England and The Triumph of Steel.
Manowar is an essential piece of the larger metal story, but rarely the best. I much prefer rival/compatriots Virgin Steele and Warlord for what you think you’re getting by listening or watching Manowar.
